Bison Arizona Dip
This sandwich and the staff exceeded my expectations! There was a problem with my to go order and the manager had another done in minutes. Everyone was very apologetic and very polite and professional. And the sandwich in itself was delicious! I was very pleased to see how much they care about their customers and the quality of their food, they have gained a loyal customer.

In the heart of Maricopa we have the pleasure of dining in a beautiful atmosphere enjoyed by a excellent chef whom takes special care in each item that is presented and served. The Flavor and presentation of each dish will leave your palet craving for more. Everything is served beautiful and bountiful with hand made sauces garnished with love and care. It is always a pleasure to dine at The Roost!

Maricopa Cheesesteak
So finally tried this place. Service was great, I had the cheesesteak with fries , he had the classic hamburger with coleslaw- cooked perfect and very tasty. The only thing not too happy about was my strawberry margarita- it came in a tall thin glass, like you would get with a rum & coke. It needed to be in the correct glass to be able to sip the sugar on the rim- could have been a bit bigger, but all in all a good time.
Deep-Fried Zucchini
Came to see this place after watching the Bar rescue episode. Its a great place with amazing customer service. We were welcomed with smiles and fast service. Loved the live dj music and food was so Good!!! Definitely cant wait to try more food on our next visit.
